Pub & Social - Bra_202 is seeking a Team Leader to inspire the bar team and ensure shifts run smoothly, delivering attentive service to customers. You will lead by example, uphold high standards, and keep guests happy through a welcoming attitude and hands-on oversight.

In this busy pub environment you’ll deputise for management, coordinate the team during peak times, and ensure the bar is safe, compliant and inviting for all visitors.

Qualifications

• Pint pouring to perfection and high service standards.
• Role model to the team with great service and warm welcome.
• Ability to think on your feet during busy shifts.
• Good written and spoken English for safety and allergen controls.
