Davison Hospitality Ltd is seeking a Bar Supervisor for The Hills Bar & Restaurant at Castlereagh Hills Golf Club. Lead a small team, serve a range of beverages, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere while keeping safety and cleanliness in check.

The role offers flexible hours (12–24 per week), £13 per hour, and on‑the‑job training. You will handle cash, follow food safety standards, and assist with opening/closing duties to ensure a smooth service.

Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Supervisor to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. In addition youll be helping your team members, locking the building, and making sure the area is kept perfectly clean ready for opening. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is cleaned and stored properly. Engage with customers, taking orders efficiently and providing recommendations when necessary. Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible service of alcohol guidelines at all times. Provide a high standard of customer service at all time. Provide expertise and training to your team members. Be respobile for locking up and securing the building. Skills Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods. Previous bartending experience is desirable but not essential; training will be provided. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain a hygienic work environment.
