Glendola Leisure in Belfast is seeking a Bar Supervisor to join The Tipsy Bird team. You’ll lead shifts, enable your team to deliver top service, and confidently handle any issues that arise. You’ll learn through our Supervisor Development Programme and be part of a close-knit team focused on great guest experiences.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are now recruiting a Bar Supervisor to join our team at The Tipsy Bird in Belfast.

This is a great opportunity for an individual who is passionate about hospitality, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is keen to develop their leadership skills.

Joining the team as a Supervisor, you’ll ensure every shift goes like clockwork. That involves enabling your team to deliver the best possible service and confidently dealing with any issues that arise. You’ll also get to know busy times, ensure we’re ready for them, and organise rotas accordingly. We think of ourselves as a close-knit team, and you’ll help to ensure that everyone feels supported and confident in their roles. And we’ll support you with a place on our Supervisor Development Programme, mentored by the wider team to ensure you feel part of our big family.
