Job summary

Colchester United is seeking enthusiastic Bar & Waiting Staff to join our hospitality team for matchdays and events at the stadium. You will provide warm, efficient service behind the bar or on the floor, helping to create a welcoming atmosphere and memorable guest experiences.

Flexibility for weekends and evenings is essential, with a strong focus on teamwork, pace, and guest satisfaction. Previous bar or waiting experience is helpful, but we welcome eager learners who take pride in hospitality.

Qualifications

• Previous bar or waiting experience is preferred but not essential.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment.
