Job summary

Slaley Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort in Hexham seeks a Bar Manager to lead the Bar team, ensuring brand standards, high guest satisfaction and revenue maximisation. You will oversee service across the bar, supervise staff, and stay up to date with drinks trends and best practices.

What will I do?

Responsible for leading the Bar team; you’ll lead from the front and work with your team to ensure brand standards are adhered to and maintained, the guest experience is to a very high standard and revenues are maximised at every opportunity.

Our hotel is a 4*, 141-bedroom property set in 1000 acres with a 36-hole championship golf course which has hosted over 20 European and PGA tournaments.
