Cambridge Belfry Hotel & Spa in Cambourne is seeking a hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a team and ensure every room and public area meets our high standards. You will oversee cleaning schedules, conduct checks, and coach staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Located seven miles from Cambridge, this 4-star, 120-bedroom property offers gym, pool and spa facilities. We value reliability, teamwork, and provide training support and development opportunities for colleagues.

What will I do?

Supervising a team and working together alongside the m, you will ensure all hotel room & bedrooms as well as public areas are sparklingly clean and in tip-top condition! Carry out regular checks and turn around bedrooms, ensuring standards are high, ready for the next guest arrival.
