RAD Hotel Group is seeking enthusiastic Bar Staff for Fairfield House Hotel in Ayr. The role involves serving drinks, taking orders, processing payments and keeping the bar area clean and welcoming for guests. You’ll contribute to a high-standard guest experience in a busy hotel environment.

Ideal candidates are over 18, with bar experience preferred, and available across midweek, evenings and weekends. The job offers tips, weekly pay, training, uniform, staff meals and progression opportunities

• Must be 18 or over due to licensing laws for the sale of alcohol.
• Previous bar experience is preferred.
• Availability across midweek, evenings and weekends.
• Friendly, confident and personable with a genuine focus on customer service.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Positive, flexible and willing to get stuck in.
• Ability to work well under pressure as part of a team.
• Professional presentation.

We’re looking for enthusiastic and experienced Bar Staff to join our team and help deliver a great experience for every guest. You’ll be responsible for serving drinks, taking orders, processing payments and maintaining a welcoming, well-presented bar.
