Job summary

Hetland Hall Hotel, part of the RAD Hotel Group, is seeking enthusiastic Bar Staff to join the team. You will prepare and serve drinks, deliver friendly service, and help maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests in a busy hotel bar.

This part-time role offers weekly pay, tips, and opportunities for training and progression within RAD's award-winning hospitality group. You'll work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required, in a supportive, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bar or hospitality experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ due to licensing.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to support different hotel departments.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, spirits, and soft drinks.
• Delivering friendly and attentive customer service to ensure an excellent guest experience.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation throughout the bar area.
• Processing orders and payments accurately and efficiently.
• Assisting with stock control and reporting any stock shortages.
• Ensuring all food safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations are followed.
• Working closely with restaurant, kitchen, and events teams to support smooth service across the hotel.

We are looking for enthusiastic Bar Staff to join the team at Hetland Hall Hotel. You'll play an important role in delivering exceptional service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, and supporting the day-to-day operation of our bar and food service areas.

What You'll Be Doing:
