Job summary

Hotel du Vin in Edinburgh is seeking a Bar and Restaurant Supervisor to lead the team in our busy hotel bar and restaurant.

You will ensure guest satisfaction, coordinate with Kitchen and management, and help deliver the celebrity service we are known for. We offer flexible shifts, training, and career development within a renowned hospitality brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in busy restaurant and/or bar.
• Able to be the face of the restaurant and bar within the hotel.
• Willing to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant and bar team to ensure smooth dining experiences for guests.
• Coordinate with Kitchen and management to control flow and service quality.
• Deliver high standards of guest service and brand experience.

Job title: Bar and Restaurant Supervisor, Hotel du Vin

OTE up £14.40 per hour (inclusive of tronc)Permanent and full timeEdinburgh

You will already have experience in working within a busy restaurant and/or bar and be looking for the next step in your career, you will be the face of the restaurant and bar within our hotel, you'll help control the flow, and communicate with the Kitchen and the management team to ensure smooth and controlled dining experience for our guests.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means greatflexibilityif required.

We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
