Job summary

Crowne Plaza Glasgow is seeking an Assistant Bar Manager to lead daily bar operations, maintain high standards of service, and manage budgets and forecasts. You will implement control measures for costs, supervise staff, and participate in departmental meetings to drive business plan goals.

• Carry out Duty Management shifts according to business needs.

• Prepare weekly and monthly forecasts for Bar service.
• Ensure clear communication with Food and Beverage Manager and other managers.
• Support training and apprenticeships as part of career development.
• Promote equal opportunities and a positive team environment.
