Crowne Plaza Glasgow is seeking an enthusiastic Bar Attendant on an occasional worker basis. You will mix and serve drinks, delivering hospitality with flair while adhering to hotel policies and licensing laws.

You will help maintain a spotless bar area, handle transactions, and support the Food & Beverage team as needed. English communication, customer focus, and teamwork are essential for creating memorable guest experiences. The hourly rate is £12.71.

Responsibilities

• Craft beverages following hotel policies and liquor laws.
• Provide excellent customer service consistently.
• Handle cash, cards, and guest accounts per procedures.
• Keep bar and service areas clean and ready to impress.
• Prepare for shifts using department checklists.
• Rotate and display bar stock to ensure quality.
• Follow Health & Safety and Food Hygiene regulations.
• Support Food & Beverage team with additional duties as needed.
