Qualifications

• Experience implementing and maintaining control measures for bar costs.
• Ability to manage bar operations during Duty Manager shifts.
• Experience leading bar teams and ensuring guest service standards.
• Good understanding of food hygiene and health and safety procedures.
• Prepare weekly and monthly forecasts for bar service.
• Flexible to cover evenings and weekends.
