This role focuses on maintaining high service standards while coordinating inventory, training, and compliance. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, mentor a team, manage stock levels, and ensure health and safety policies are followed, contributing to a positive and efficient work environment

Responsibilities

• Customer service excellence – handle queries, resolve complaints, maintain high service levels
