Haven is seeking a Bar Manager to lead our show bar operation at one of our parks in the UK. You’ll be hands-on, schedule and coach your team, manage budgets and deliver memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in roles such as Bar Manager, Venue Manager, or a similar leadership position in Food & Beverage.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Fast-paced environment experience with attention to detail.
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Organised and comfortable juggling multiple tasks.
• Budget and financial management experience.
• Cellar management knowledge and Health and safety knowledge INDMG.
