Job summary

Haven is seeking a Bar Manager to lead and inspire our bars and entertainment venues. You’ll manage a dynamic team, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure high standards through hands-on coaching, budgeting, and resource management.

In this role you will uphold safety and policy compliance while delivering unforgettable experiences for guests. The position is full-time and requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Bar Manager, Venue Manager, or similar leadership role in hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills.
• Experience with budgeting, financial management, and health and safety compliance.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support the team to deliver excellent service and meet targets.
• Ensure top-tier guest satisfaction by addressing concerns and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
• Monitor performance, provide regular feedback and coaching, and conduct reviews.
• Oversee staff scheduling, budgets, and resources to maximise efficiency.
• Ensure operations comply with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Quickly resolve operational issues to maintain smooth day-to-day running.
• Support training and development through ongoing mentoring and growth opportunities.
