Job summary

Haven is seeking a Bar Manager to lead the show bar, oversee scheduling, budgets, and coaching to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role is hands-on and requires visible leadership to drive service excellence.

You will manage a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, ensure safety and standards, and contribute to ongoing improvements. Onsite accommodation may be available; a strong customer service ethos is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in roles such as Bar Manager, Venue Manager, or a similar leadership position in Food & Beverage.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team: Motivate and coach your team to deliver brilliant experiences whilst managing performance and supporting their growth
• Own guest experiences: Create a welcoming atmosphere, address concerns, and drive service improvements
• Manage operations: Handle scheduling, budgets, resources, and cellar management efficiently
• Maintain standards: Keep everything running safely, compliantly, and to company standards
• Solve problems: Quick thinking to tackle issues as they arise
• Support development: Mentor your team and create growth opportunities
