Job summary

Haven is seeking a Bar Manager to lead our show bar operation at one of our parks in the UK. You’ll be hands-on, schedule and coach your team, manage budgets and deliver memorable guest experiences.

• Experience in roles such as Bar Manager, Venue Manager, or a similar leadership position in Food & Beverage.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Fast-paced environment experience with attention to detail.
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Organised and comfortable juggling multiple tasks.
• Budget and financial management experience.
• Cellar management knowledge and Health and safety knowledge INDMG.

Position: Bar Manager Type: Full-Time / Permanent Bonus: Up to 10% Annual Bonus *Onsite accommodation if needed (subject to availability)

About the Role

We're looking for a Bar Manager who genuinely loves leading a team and creating brilliant experiences for guests. You'll run our show bar operation, managing everything from scheduling and budgets to coaching and developing your team. This isn't a desk job, you'll be hands‑on, visible, and actively involved in making things happen.
