Job summary

Haven is seeking a Bar Manager to lead our bars and entertainment venues with energy and clear direction. You’ll drive performance, mentor the team, manage budgets, and ensure safe, high-standard operations while delivering memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Bar Manager, Venue Manager, or similar leadership role in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and clear communication to drive teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to bars.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Experience with budgeting, financial management, and cellar operations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support the bar team to deliver excellent service and hit targets.
• Ensure a high-quality guest experience and welcoming atmosphere.
• Monitor performance, coach staff, and conduct reviews.
