Haven is seeking a Bar Manager at Reighton Sands Holiday Park to lead a busy show bar, coach the team, and manage schedules and budgets on-site. You will be hands-on, visible, and actively involved in delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Bar/venue management or similar leadership role in Food & Beverage.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team to deliver excellent bar experiences and coach staff.
• Manage scheduling, budgets and resources to run a smooth bar operation.
• Oversee cellar management, stock control and safety compliance.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing concerns and driving service improvements.
