Dalata Hotel Group seeks a Bar Manager to lead the bar team and drive exceptional guest experiences across our UK properties. You will guide the beverage operation with a focus on service quality, team development, and cost control.

You will manage budgets, recruit and develop staff, and contribute to events while advancing your hospitality career through our Dalata Academy. This role offers a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food & Beverage management within a leading hotel.
• Experience in large conferences and events is a distinct advantage.
• Excellent Leadership skills.
• Experience in recruiting and developing employees.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the standard of work to ensure the highest quality.
• Lead the Bar department and execute the strategy to achieve goals.
• People leadership, including recruiting, retaining and developing employees.
• Set targets for the Bar team in line with the overall departmental and hotel strategy.
• Support/oversee events in the hotel to ensure excellence in service at all times.
• Manage the budget and cost-effectiveness of the department.
