Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a Bar Manager in the United Kingdom to lead the bar department and drive guest beverage experiences. You will recruit and develop a strong team while ensuring service excellence across all events and conferences.

You will manage budgets and implement the department strategy in a nurturing, growth-focused environment with opportunities through the Dalata Academy.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Food & Beverage management role in a leading hotel.
• Experience in large conferences and events is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Experience recruiting and developing employees.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the standard of work to ensure the highest quality.
• Lead the Bar department and execute the strategy to achieve goals.
• People leadership, including recruiting, retaining and developing employees.
• Set targets for the Bar team in line with the overall departmental and hotel strategy.
• Support/oversee events in the hotel to ensure excellence in service at all times.
• Manage the budget and cost-effectiveness of the department.
