Job summary

Soho House is seeking a Bar Manager to lead the bar operation, delivering a world-class beverage experience reflecting the club’s quality and atmosphere. You will oversee service delivery, staff management, product selection, and financial performance to keep the bar vibrant and profitable.

You will develop and inspire your team, collaborating with Food, Beverage and Events to deliver signature cocktails and large-scale events to the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in similar capacity.

Responsibilities

• Drive exceptional service standards by developing and refining systems for members, guests, and staff.
• Lead engaging training sessions on food and drink programs.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless guest interactions.
• Support recruitment by identifying talent needs and participating in interviews.
• Ensure maximum revenue from all sales opportunities.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards per health and safety regulations.
• Participate in management team decisions and attend required meetings.
• Delegate work and determine beverage methods to staff during shifts.
• Uphold standards of appearance, safety, and professionalism.
