Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in similar capacity.
Responsibilities
- Oversee full bar operation, service delivery, staff performance and beverage standards.
- Lead, develop and inspire the team; collaborate with Food & Beverage and Events to deliver drinks for signature cocktails and events.
- Drive revenue and profitability through beverage program execution and cost controls.
- Lead engaging training sessions and share best practices with the team, Cook House and House Tonic programs.
