Soho House in Bath seeks a Bar Manager to lead the bar operation, oversee service delivery, staff management, product selection and financial performance, ensuring a vibrant, profitable hub within the Club.

You will develop and inspire your team, collaborating with F&B and Events to ensure signature cocktails and large events meet the club’s high standards. The role emphasizes training, revenue growth, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in similar capacity.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Hospitable and customer-focused; respectful to colleagues and guests.
• Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to take direction, work in a team and autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Drive exceptional service standards and refine systems for members, guests, and staff.
• Lead engaging training sessions on Soho House food and drink programs.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless guest interactions.
• Support recruitment by identifying talent needs and participating in interviews.
• Ensure maximum revenue from all sales opportunities.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety standards, and compliance with health & safety policies.
• Actively participate in management decisions and delegate beverage methods to staff.
