Job summary

Kudu Marylebone in London is seeking an enthusiastic Bar Manager to lead the bar team and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You will work closely with the sommelier team on beverage strategies, menu development, and staff training while maintaining high service standards in a premium setting.

Salary is £42,000–£45,000 with discretionary service charge and excess tronc, plus career progression within a growing hospitality group.
