Assistant Bar Manager

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Bar Manager to join our dynamic team at a prestigious luxury hotel and spa. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to an exceptional guest experience in a renowned establishment known for its outstanding hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Bar Manager in overseeing daily operations of the bar, ensuring high standards of service and quality.

  • Supervise and train bar staff, fostering a positive and professional team environment.

  • Manage stock levels, conduct inventory, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, creating memorable experiences for guests.

  • Collaborate with the management team to develop innovative cocktail menus and enhance bar offerings.

  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
