Public House Group is seeking an experienced Bar Manager in the UK to lead daily bar operations across two venues, delivering fast-paced, high-standard service.

You will inspire a bartending team, curate an exciting drinks menu, manage stock, train staff, and collaborate with management to enhance guest experiences and drive growth. Flexible to work evenings and weekends in a lively hospitality setting.

Are you an experienced bar professional with a passion for great service, exceptional drinks and creating a vibrant atmosphere?We're looking for a dynamic & charismatic Bar Manager to join our team.

Working closely with the General Manager you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team, delivering outstanding customer service, and maintaining the highest standards. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong leadership skills, a passion for the hospitality industry, and a commitment to creating memorable experiences for our guests.

• Salary – Base salary £35,000 per annum + service charge (Circa £12,000 per annum)

What you'll be doing as a Bar Manager:

• Manage the bar, oversee daily bar operations on both bars, ensuring smooth service at pace, whilst maintaining high standards.
• Inspire and manager a team of bartenders, ensuring they deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
• Develop and maintain an exciting drink menu, create a welcoming atmosphere and memorable experiences for our guests.
• Monitor stock levels, keep track of stock usage and place orders when required.
• Mentor and train bar staff to improve their skills and provide them with opportunities to grown within the company.
• Work closely with the management team to implement new ideas that enhance the guest experience and drive business growth.

About you, our new Bar Manager:

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager in a high-end high-volume venue.
• Background in wine knowledge is highly advantageous
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, manage and develop a diverse team.
• Positive and friendly attitude, with a willingness to work collaboratively with the team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for guests.
