Job summary

Slaley Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort in Hexham is seeking a Bar Team Leader. You will lead from the front, manage the bar team, ensure brand standards, deliver outstanding guest experiences, and maximise revenue in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have hospitality experience, people management skills, bar experience, and knowledge of wines & spirits; you will keep up with trends and best practice, with strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience is required.
• Experience behind a bar is essential.
• Up to date with food and beverage trends and best practice.
• Knowledge of wines and spirits is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Bar team from the front, upholding brand standards.
• Ensure high guest experience and maximise revenues.

What will I do?

Responsible for leading the Bar team, you’ll lead from the front and work with your team to ensure brand standards are adhered to and maintained, the guest experience is to a very high standard and revenues are maximised at every opportunity.

Slaley Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is located in Hexham.

Our hotel is a 4*, 141-bedroom property set in 1000 acres with a 36-hole championship golf course which has hosted over 20 European and PGA tournaments.
