Glasgow Westerwood Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort in Cumbernauld just outside Glasgow is seeking an inspiring Restaurant & Bar leader. You will lead from the front with your team to uphold brand standards, ensure outstanding guest experience, and maximise revenues across food and beverage.

You should have hospitality experience, people management, and a passion for wines and beverages; be up to date with trends; enjoy developing staff and delivering exceptional service in a busy bar and restaurant

Qualifications

• Previous experience working within hospitality.
• People management experience.
• Have worked in a busy bar & restaurant operation.
• Up to date with food & beverages trends & best practice.
• Knowledge of wines & spirits.

Responsible for leading the Restaurant & Bar team, you’ll lead from the front and work with your team to ensure brand standards are adhered to and maintained, the guest experience is to a very high standard and revenues are maximised at every opportunity.
