The QHotels Collection invites applications for a Restaurant & Bar Team Leader role at Glasgow Westerwood Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort, located just outside Glasgow in Cumbernauld. The 4*, 148-bedroom property offers multiple dining venues, a gym, pool, spa and meeting spaces.

You’ll lead front-of-house teams, uphold brand standards, and drive guest satisfaction with a focus on revenue opportunities within a busy bar and restaurant operation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in hospitality.
• People management experience.
• Experience in a busy bar and restaurant operation.
• Up to date with food & beverage trends and best practice.
• Knowledge of wines & spirits.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Restaurant & Bar team from the front, ensuring brand standards and high guest experience.
• Maximise revenues at every opportunity while maintaining service quality.

What will I do?

Responsible for leading the Restaurant & Bar team, you’ll lead from the front and work with your team to ensure brand standards are adhered to and maintained, the guest experience is to a very high standard and revenues are maximised at every opportunity.

Glasgow Westerwood Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is just outside Glasgow in Cumbernauld and is a 4*, 148-bedroom property. Our hotel has an 18-hole golf course, and the dining options include the Flemings restaurant, the Grill restaurant, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces. The leisure facilities include a gym, pool, sauna, steam room, tennis courts, and a relaxing Elemis spa.
