Job summary

The Blakeney Hotel is seeking an enthusiastic Bartender to join our Bar and Restaurant team on the North Norfolk coast. You will be the first friendly face guests meet, advising on drinks and menu choices, while maintaining bar stock and setting up for service.

Responsibilities include cocktails, guest service, stock rotation, and occasional table service across the bar, terrace, and restaurant. A welcoming attitude and hospitality experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within hospitality.
• Knowledge of wine and beverages is desirable.
• Committed to delivering high levels of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests as the first point of contact at the bar.
• Serving and advising guests on beverages and menu choices.
• Replenishing stocks and ensuring stock rotation.
• Mixing and serving cocktails and providing table service when required.
• Cleaning the bar area and preparing setup (ice, fruit, cutlery).
• Assisting with bar snacks, lunches and clearing tables.
