Job summary

Cosy Club Norwich is seeking a friendly Bartender to join our team. You will mix cocktails, pull coffees, and provide excellent guest service in a lively venue.

The role offers fair hourly pay with tips and a strong emphasis on work-life balance, including two days off and a weekend off every six weeks. You’ll rotate between barista duties and cocktail making, interact with guests, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere across our spaces.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in hospitality is preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with guests.
• Must be 18+ due to business nature.

Responsibilities

• Mix and serve drinks to guests.
• Prepare coffee and tea as required on shift.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and stock levels.
• Engage with customers and upsell where possible.
