Job summary

JW Lees in Lancaster is seeking a Bar and Waiting Team Member to deliver friendly, efficient service in our pubs. You will engage with guests, take orders, handle payments, and maintain clean, welcoming bars.

No prior bar experience required; we value enthusiasm, teamwork, and a love for great beer. Training will cover our range, policies, and ongoing development opportunities within JW Lees's family-owned business.
