Job summary

Hotel Du Vin Avon Gorge in Clifton Village is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead daily guest experiences and oversee a busy dining operation at 45 hours per week.

You will deliver shift briefings to large teams, ensure smooth service, and uphold the brand standards while supporting opportunities for internal growth within Hotel Du Vin.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy restaurant environment, possibly as Supervisor or Assistant Manager.
• Able to deliver shift briefings to large teams and manage restaurant flow to deliver guest experiences.
• Commitment to brand standards and internal development opportunities.

You will be experienced in working within a busy restaurant environment, this may of been as a Supervisor or an Assistant Manager.
