Job summary

Hotel du Vin, part of Malmaison & Hotel du Vin, is seeking a Waiter/Waitress to be the face of the restaurant, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth dining flow. You will engage with guests, take orders, and work with the kitchen and management to deliver memorable service.

We operate 7 days a week with flexible hours; training and apprenticeship options are available, and friendly development opportunities help you progress within the brand.

Qualifications

• Experience is welcome but not required; passion for great customer service is essential.

Waiter / Waitress, Hotel du Vin

In this role you will be the face of the restaurant, you'll help control the flow, and communicate with the Kitchen and the restaurant management to ensure smooth and controlled dining experience for our guests.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means we can offer great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
