Job summary

Foxhills Collection seeks a Banqueting Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our banquet and F&B outlets at Ottershaw. You will supervise staff, ensure service excellence, and partner with management to drive guest satisfaction and revenue.

We value strong leadership, a proactive service mindset, and knowledge of food safety. Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, is required in this upscale hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage outlets, including banquet facilities.
• Supervise and motivate food and beverage staff to ensure excellent service delivery and adherence to company standards.
• Assist in training new team members and provide ongoing coaching and support.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage and handling of food and beverages.

• Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage outlets, including banquet facilities
• Supervise and motivate food and beverage staff to ensure excellent service delivery and adherence to company standards
• Assist in training new team members and provide ongoing coaching and support
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage and handling of food and beverages
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and proactive manner
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue
  Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
• Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
