Job summary

Foxhills Collection is seeking Food and Beverage Assistants to join our renowned team at Farleigh Golf Club, Ottershaw, Surrey. This full-time role offers training and a gateway to a career in hospitality within a luxury setting.

You will greet guests, take orders, assist in food and beverage service across restaurant, bar and banquets, maintain high hygiene standards, and work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food and beverage preferred but training will be provided.
• Excellent customer service and friendly personality.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food safety certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and service of food and beverages in restaurant, bar, and banquet facilities
• Greet guests warmly, take orders, and ensure prompt delivery of food and drinks
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining areas, including clearing tables and resetting them for the next service
• Provide recommendations on menu items and specials, and accommodate special dietary requests or preferences
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction
• Handle payments, process transactions accurately, and maintain cash handling procedures
