Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee setup of each event room and ensure accurate postings.
• Lead a team of banquet staff to deliver events to agreed standards.
• Ensure punctuality, presentation and hygiene of staff.
• Maintain positive guest and colleague interactions.
• Understand menu details to upsell food and beverage options.
• Maintain Guest History records and relationships with planners.
