Responsibilities

• Supervise setup and breakdown of conferences and banquets to meet client expectations.
• Lead and motivate the conference and banqueting team to deliver exceptional service.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar and operations for smooth event execution.
• Act as main client contact during events and handle requests or last-minute changes.
• Monitor service standards and ensure adherence to hotel procedures.
• Train and mentor staff to enhance service skills and efficiency.
• Manage stock levels of event supplies such as linen and tableware.
• Ensure health, safety and hygiene regulations are met in event spaces.
