The Commercial Hotel is seeking a Banqueting Chef to lead function kitchen operations and work closely with the Head Chef, Front of House teams and the General Manager to deliver memorable hospitality experiences.

You will guide and develop your team, ensure consistent culinary standards, and manage all aspects of function kitchen service. The role offers competitive hourly pay, enhanced by service charges and team tips.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen management and hospitality.
• Ability to deliver high quality dishes for functions.
• Ability to lead a kitchen team in Head Chef's absence.

• Collaborate with chefs to deliver high-quality dishes for functions and other food outlets.
