Qualifications

• Previous experience in a banking environment would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Hold face-to-face appointments with potential and existing clients.
• Open new accounts and products, and service customer needs.
• Deliver a personalised and friendly service daily.
• Educate customers to use HSBC digital platforms and banking options.
• Raise fraud awareness and identify vulnerable customers to provide support.
