Are you seeking exposure to a broad range of high‑value banking transactions in a collaborative, nationally recognised team? Our client’s Banking & Finance group is known for its sharp commercial edge and is the go‑to advisor for complex matters acting for major UK financial institutions, challenger banks, specialist lenders and a wide range of borrowers across the UK, Europe and the US.

The Opportunity
  • Advise on general banking, acquisition, finance, real estate finance, project finance and asset‑based lending
  • Draft and negotiate facility agreements, LMA agreements, credit agreements and related documentation
  • Act for major clearing banks, challenger banks, specialist lenders and borrower clients
  • Support private equity management teams and debt funders on a range of debt structures (including unitranche and mezzanine/second lien)
  • Work on real estate acquisitions, investments, developments and portfolio management
  • Engage in business development activities as part of a rapidly growing national team

What We’re Looking For
  • Qualified solicitor (England & Wales or equivalent) with 47 years PQE in banking & finance
