Job summary

The Coventry Building Society in Barnsley is seeking a customer-focused team member to be the first point of contact for personal and business banking customers. Qualifications

• Current experience in a customer focused role (e.g. retail, hospitality or call centre).
• Experience interacting with customers and delivering a great service daily.
• Good attention to detail when processing customer details or data.

Responsibilities

• Assist personal and business banking customers in-branch and via telephone/secure messages.
• Identify customer needs and encourage appointments with the Personal Banking Team.
• Handle cash and maintain accurate customer records across internal systems.
• Protect customers from fraud and scams and support customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Work towards personal and team targets and comply with regulatory requirements.
