The United Kingdom M&A team based in the London office is focused on advising clients on potential mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic transactions, primarily focusing on companies within the UK market. The role involves performing tasks such as financial modeling, due diligence, valuation analysis, client presentations, and transaction execution. The position requires strong analytical, communication, and financial skills.
