Department Overview:
The Corporate Sector Coverage (CSC) team operates within the Sectors organisation at ING Wholesale Banking. CSC UK’s client base includes FTSE100-250 corporates with a primarily European footprint across various sectors. The team is responsible for originating, coordinating, and executing integrated corporate banking services or investment banking propositions for clients, working across ING’s international network and in close collaboration with product partners. ING aims to differentiate itself through sector expertise, a global network, and sustainability leadership.

Main Duties and Responsibilities of the Role:
ING offers an exciting opportunity for an Analyst-level Assistant Relationship Manager (“ARM”) to support the development of the CSC client portfolio. The role reports to the UK Head of CSC. The ideal candidate is degree-educated in a numerate discipline from a top-tier university with 1-2 years of relevant corporate banking front office experience. Lending or related product experience is advantageous.
The ARM plays a key role in the overall client relationship, supporting the Parent Account Managers (“PAM”) in managing client relationships. The ARM also collaborates closely with KYC colleagues to ensure the Customer Acceptance process for new and existing clients is executed efficiently and promptly.
