In this role, as a Private Banker, you will be part of the UK Domestic team offering bespoke banking and investment solutions to ultra-high net worth clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing bespoke banking services, lending, wealth structuring, and a range of investment products across all asset classes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage client relationships by understanding their financial goals, challenges, and risk tolerance; analyze data from various sources to identify trends and opportunities.
2. Research industry trends, regulatory landscape, and the competitive environment to inform strategic recommendations.
3. Design customized solutions addressing clients' specific needs, utilizing the bank's product portfolio.
4. Communicate the value proposition, justify recommendations, and negotiate terms beneficial to both client and bank.
5. Provide guidance on financial decisions, investment advice, risk management, and market updates to maintain positive relationships.
6. Assess and mitigate financial, legal, and operational risks associated with client relationships.
7. Document all client interactions and transactions for transparency and audit purposes.
8. Monitor client satisfaction and revenue metrics to evaluate relationship management effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience in relationship management, especially with private clients and high-net-worth individuals.
• Knowledge of the Financial Services industry, including retail regulated products, asset management, and wealth management solutions.
• RDR Level Four qualification or equivalent.
• Valued skills include digital literacy, market exposure, business development, and cold calling.

This role is based in London and is a Certified role under PRA & UK FCA regulations, possibly requiring specific regulatory qualifications.
