Job summary

Eden Futures is seeking Bank Support Workers to assist adults with learning disabilities, autism and related needs in supported living settings and the community. You’ll help individuals live as independently as possible, under flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support service users to lead a full and active life in line with their wishes and plans.
• Safeguard service users and protect them from abuse where possible.
• Provide emotional support with a person-centred approach.
• Assist with activities, finances, medication, personal care, and healthcare needs.
• Be an informal point of contact for families and social workers.
• Accurately report issues related to care to monitor wellbeing.
• Comply with Health and Safety regulations and welfare of others.
