Job summary

Agincare Weymouth is seeking a Bank Support Worker for our Bordon service to help adults with learning disabilities live more independently. You will provide person-centred support, assist with personal care, and join clients on activities in the community to promote choice and safety.

Qualifications

• Calm, patient and caring approach; willingness to learn and build trust.
• Experience in care or support work preferred.
• Team player who values consistency.
• Full UK driving licence.
• At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.
• Excellent career development opportunities and fully funded training up to QCF Level 5.

You’ll supporting multiple individuals with learning disabilities at our Bordon service to thrive and live as independently as possible. You’ll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections. From supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences, You’ll ensure their care is truly person-centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most.
