Job summary

Agincare Weymouth in Fareham is seeking a Bank Support Worker to help individuals live more independently and with dignity. You will provide person-centred support, assist with daily routines, and accompany people on community activities, outings, and holidays.

The role requires a calm, caring approach, a willingness to learn, a valid UK driving licence, and at least 12 months of right to work in the UK. Training up to QCF Level 5 is funded, with pension and other benefits available.

Who you’ll support

• You’ll be supporting multiple individuals with learning disabilities at our Fareham Services to thrive and live as independently as possible. You’ll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections.
• From supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences, You’ll ensure their care is truly person-centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most.
