Job summary

Affinity Trust is hiring a Bank Support Worker for Willesborough, Kent. The role involves supporting gentlemen in their daily home life, with activities and mobility assistance as needed. A full UK manual driving licence is required; DBS check will be completed by us.

Training is provided. This is a temporary bank peripatetic role with shifts as needed, and interviews will be conducted as soon as possible.

Who will I support?

You will support our gentlemen in their own home with their daily lives, including the activities they enjoy taking part in, such as going to the garden centre, going for a drive, walks and picnics, a trip to the seaside or even a spot of people watching whilst enjoying a trip to the local pub.

Our gentlemen have a range of support needs and for one of them you will be required to support with moving and handling, including a hoist.
